We produce traditional-twist barbed wire from 18 gauge (1.2 mm) low-carbon steel wire, hot-dip galvanized after twisting. Barb spacing is 100 mm standard (75–160 mm custom). Each barb has four sharp points, machine-crimped. Breaking strength per strand is 350–500 MPa. Roll lengths: 100 m, 200 m, or 500 m. Hot-dip zinc coating (220–300 g/m²) typically lasts 15–20 years inland, 8–12 years near coast. Electro-galvanized (12–25 g/m²) is cheaper for temporary use.
